My name is Ligaya (Lih-guy-ah or Filipino way Lee-gah-yah) Andrews (just like you think it sounds) and I am the new Legislative Rep for ZSE. I am very new to this position, so I will be needing YOUR help along the way. There will be different events coming up from Phone Banking, Luncheons, Dinners to NATCA in Washington. I would love for everyone to attend as many of these functions with me as you can!
