When we start bidding is NOT the time to figure out if you can get into the website. PLEASE take 10 minutes out of your day to get this done, preferably by the end of this week.
Shutdown - Our local leadership as well as national has been sending out a bunch of emails and posting many videos of NATCA in the news and on social media. If you have any questions, please refer to some of the links they have sent or reach out, or I would be happy to help you in any way I can. Thank you for your continued professionalism and commitment to supporting each other during this time.
Reps - Please remember that we are here for you if you are in need, or even if you’re not sure if you need one. You can reach out to me, Devin, Drew or Amy. If you don’t have our numbers, please ask, and save them to your phone. REMINDERS: NATCA picks the rep, the agency does not. If a sup tries to tell you they got a rep for you, you let me or another rep know. If you are unsure if the conversation will turn to discipline, ask for a rep and the conversation stops there. If you are not afforded the opportunity for a rep, please let me or one of the above mentioned know ASAP. (Article 6 CBA)
I will keep you posted, facility MOUs are still taking place, so we still cannot begin negotiating a schedule or guides just yet. As soon as I get the green light, I will be as persistent as I can so we can get this started. Other than this, I really don’t have a lot to update you on.
